Bespoke video production traditionally has been very expensive, we at Astor have created a process with four different packages that are easy to understand and use whilst offering exceptional value for money.
Highlights
As the name suggests, a photographic montage set to music. 20-30 of your favourite pictures neatly arranged in an animated slide show with titles and epitaph as appropriate, the cost for the ‘Highlights’ service is £165.
Memories
As above but you can also send us cine film, video, slides, whatever you feel appropriate. Eulogies can be filmed, poetry and sayings added in this comprehensive service for £340.
Memories Plus
As above, but we arrange and perform all the filming collection of all source material for the film. Due to the tight timescales involved this has become our most popular service, once we get the go-ahead we arrange everything for only £575.
Life Story
The ultimate biography film, more time is needed for this in-depth production so a shorter film can be made for the funeral, then we can expand on this for the version that will be for the family archive, This is an excellent film to be used in memorial services, where a narration can be added to tell the story. The price depends on the length of the film, so once we have your ideas we can give you a costing.

Can we choose the music?
Yes, but if it is on a commercial CD will be need to get copyright licences for all of the DVD’s supplied. Extra charge will be around £7 per DVD. The music we use has been cleared for copyright purposes so there is no extra charge. We have over 300 of these tracks for you to choose from.
I like your concept but have my own ideas of what I like.

Can we buy copies on DVD/VHS?
Yes they are £9 each.
My aunt will not be able to make the funeral as she lives in Australia, can we view the video on line.
